Lesson Overview
Each of our lessons are modified and adjusted to the student. We go at your pace and will move forward individual to each student's needs. Every new student will be required to learn ground etiquette and all horse basics during their first lesson. The basics will include how to halter and lead your horse, how to properly groom, tack up, feed treats, move safely etc. as you will be expected to do this at each lesson.
Lesson content will be at trainers' discretion and are held rain or shine. If we have inclement weather, ground lessons will be held inside the barn, and you will learn about various topics including equine first aid, nutrition, body language, tack maintenance, etc.

30 Min. Private Lesson - $45 per person
The 30 min. Private Lessons are suggested for riders ages 2-7. We find it to be the right amount of time so that our "littles" don't become overwhelmed with information. This is so they can remain focused and retain what they learn during this time. This allows them to get familiar with the horses and become more comfortable with each lesson.

1 Hour Private Lesson - $70 per person
This is a 1 hour private lesson with approx. 30 mins to groom and tack up and 30 mins of ride time. You will be expected to halter and lead your horse, put them in cross ties, groom and tack up, as well as untack after your ride.

Group Lessons
Group Lessons are available at the trainer's discretion. We offer group lessons for 5 and under, and a tiered program for intermediate riders advancing within our program. They are 1 hour and will be scheduled on a case by case basis.

Trail Ride
Trail Rides are for groups within our lesson program and are approved at Crystals Discretion. Horses will be trailered off of the ranch to the trail head.
